We initially contacted Paul to discuss a small area of what we thought to be rising damp in the front porch, plus plaster skimming to some walls for decorating. Paul visited within a couple of days of contacting him to undertake a damp survey and provide a quote for plastering. We were particularly impressed with the time he spent undertaking the damp survey and explaining / discussing his thoughts on how to undertake the work, which was very reassuring. Following receipt of an acceptable quotation, Paul completed all of the work as discussed and to a time table agreed. We are extremely pleased with the quality of finished work and were particularly impressed with the effort Paul put into keeping the dust and mess to a minimum, plus the thorough clean up on completion of work.
